Oldie but noisy

Here is a clip that I took last year to demonstrate what an inconsiderate and noisy neighbour The Cabanas at The Maritime Hotel is.



I am not asking for a lot but when a business establishment like The Cabanas at The Maritime Hotel across the street keeps a party till 3am every weekend, and then wakes me up at around 7:30am, giving me less than 4 hours of uninterrupted sleep, I get very cranky. As you can see, the morning garbage disposal truck has a lot of empty glass bottles clanking, obviously from the liquor sales hours earlier.

I am going to try and discuss with the management later today on my options regarding the noise.
